Lena Gryshchuk, MA

Lena completed her clinical practicum at the UNB’s Psychological Wellness Centre and gained experience in conducting psychoeducational and psycho-diagnostic assessments with adult and child clients. At the PWC, Lena also conducted therapy sessions to help clients learn tools to manage a range of psychological concerns, including trauma, depression, and anxiety among others. Lena completed her advanced practicum at the CFB Gagetown. She has also been doing pre-employment psychological assessments for first responders. Lena has experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, and she is striving to develop her skills in other evidence-based therapies to provide more tailored interventions for her clients.
